What's the advantage of booking online?
The advantage of booking online is that you’re always sure of the climbing time you’ve booked. The time block you book is fixed and you are sure to be able to climb that day.
How does payment work?
When buying an e-ticket online, you pay via our partner Igenico ePayments or Multisafepay. After selecting your ticket, choose the payment method for internet banking available in your country. Select your bank and fill in your payment details. Once you confirm the payment, the amount will be debited from your account. After your bank notifies us, we will send the e-ticket by e-mail. If you use a credit card to buy a ticket, you’ll see the amount of your purchase debited from your account within a few days. iDeal and MrCash are directly debited from your bank account.
What if I don’t have a printer or can’t print the confirmation?
You can write down the reservation number and bring it with you on the day. If you have internet access on your mobile phone, you can also show the e-ticket in your phone to the cashier.
I have lost or have not received the confirmation e-mail. How can I present my ticket now?

I've reserved for climbing, but today it's going to rain all day. Will climbing still be possible?
Yes, climbing is still possible when it rains. If there is lightning or a thunderstorm, we take the people out of the trees and wait for the storm to blow over.
